O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful violation of the conditions passed in Crl.O.P.No.6193 of 2019 dated 27.04.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent filed a compromise memo before the trial Court. Thereafter, he went to Singapore and did not turn up and the trial is still pending.

3. Considering the above submission and also in view of the order passed by this Court in the batch of quash petitions, in respect of the domestic violence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.1529 of 2019 complaints which are only civil proceedings and as such, the respondent can very well appear through his counsel. He also filed a compromise memo before the trial Court. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on the basis of the compromise memo or otherwise on merits.
