O R D E R

(Order of the Court delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner/Society representation dated 17.07.2019 and take appropriate action to evict the encroachments to protect the Society's property.

With reference to the relief sought for, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to conduct a survey by affording opportunity to all the parties and thereafter, identify the encroachments if any in the Society's property and initiate appropriate actions to remove the encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant Act and Rules. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
