Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition viz., "6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court order dated 05/10/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18639 of 2021 in Crime No. 466/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Manalurpet Police Station, Kallakurichi District and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18639 of 2021 on 05.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
