This petition is filed to condone the delay of 83 days in preferring the present appeal.

2.Heard, Mr.Somnath De, learned counsel for R1 and Mr.S.Janarthanam, learned Senior Panel Counsel for R2.

3.Upon examining the reasons set out in the petition and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the delay is condoned. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number and list the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.

4.When the matter is posted for admission, the Registry is required to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondents in the cause-list.
