This Application has been filed to grant leave to the Applicants/Plaintiffs herein to file the Suit before this Court seeking permission to sell the schedule property.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

3.On considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the fact that based upon clause 11 of the trust deed, main case was filed, I am inclined to order this Application.

4.Accordingly, this Application is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Suit, if it is otherwise in order.
