(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The objection to the installation of the mobile telephone tower is based on factors which have already been taken into account while deciding W.P.Nos.24976 of 2008 etc. batch on 05.03.2015.
2. In view of the aforesaid position, this writ petition cannot be entertained. If there are any requisite permissions which have not been obtained, it is for the petitioner to find out and inform the authorities concerned.
3. The writ petition is dismissed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
