ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent/police to register a First Information Report against the 3rd respondent, based on the complaint dated 06.06.2013, preferred by the petitioner herein and investigate the same and file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the complaint preferred by the 5th respondent has been closed on the ground that the entire transaction took place in Dubai and the amount involved was above Rs.50,00,000/-. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition for further adjudication and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
