This petition was filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short "the Act"), assailing the award passed by the sole Arbitrator dated 18.04.2024.

2.During the pendency of this case, the parties have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and a joint memo has been filed before this Court signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4.It is seen that the entire amount has been settled by the petitioners and the respondent has issued a No Due Certificate dated 05.08.2025, confirming that no amount is due and payable under the loan agreement. 5.Recording the above joint memo filed by the petitioners and the respondent, this petition is disposed of. Connected application is closed. Considering the nature of the case, the petitioners shall be entitled for the refund of court fee.
