This application has been filed to permit the applicants to amend A.No.682 of 2025 which had been earlier filed by the applicants / plaintiffs seeking to add several other properties to the schedule to the plaint and in the pleadings and consequently to also amend the value of the suit by including the value of the property which were sought to be impleaded. But in that particular application, the value of the suit had not been properly given and therefore even though A.No.682 of 2025 had been allowed by a learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 23.04.2025 the learned counsel could not effect amendment since there was a material error in the value of the suit. By this application, amendment is sought to correct the value of the suit in A.No.

682 of 2025 and to incorporate that correct value while carrying out amendment in the plaint. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents / defendants also. 3.This being a consequential requirement owing to an error which had been kept in A.No.682 of 2025, this application stands allowed.
