3.Despite receipt of notice and their names being printed in the cause list, the respondents 1 to 3 neither appeared before this Court in person, nor represented through their counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 166 days in filing the above appeal is hereby condoned.
