This petition is filed to condone the delay of 793 days in filing the above revision.

2.Notice sent to the 2nd respondent had been returned with an endorsement 'Refused'. Hence, it is deemed service of notice.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner. Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent Police.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Women Lawyers Association, Madras High Court.

5.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
