Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 29.06.2016 and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law and for a consequential direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to join in service as per the order passed by this Court in WP No. 9178 of 2016 and 2039 of 2015 (before initiating or continuing the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner).

ORDER
The proceedings dated 29.06.2016 of the third respondent, which is impugned in this writ petition, is a second show cause notice by which the petitioner was called upon to submit her explanation.
*2."Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the petitioner as well as the respondents 2,3 and 4 are present before this Court along with their respective counse. After elaborate discussion, the parties have agreed that the petitioner shall submit her explanation to the second show cause notice within a period of ten days from today. It was also agreed that the petitioner is willing to get transferred on deputation to any Central Cooperative Bank within Villupuram District and for that purpose, she shall report before the respondents 2 and 3 tomorrow (24.08.2016) and to submit a written representation to that effect.
On receipt of the same, the second respondent shall get the concurrence of the first respondent to pass appropriate order for transfer of the Petitioner to any Central Cooperative Bank Within Villupuram District within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of such representation from the petitioner. As regards the explanation to be submitted by the petitioner to the second show cause notice, it shall be considered by the third respondent, afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
3.In view of the fact that the petitioner is willing to get hereself transfered to any Central Cooperative Bank within Villupuram District and also submit her explanation to the second show cause notice within a period of ten days which shall be considered by third respondent as indicated above, no further order is necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition."

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
