Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint given by the Petitioner and to provide police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's shop to the extent of 129 Sq.Ft. situated in S.No.6 at Shop No.4, Bazar Street, Hosur, Krishnagiri District based on the complaint dated 29.10.2021 made by the petitioner.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's shop to the extent of 129 Sq.Ft. situated in S.No.6 at Shop No.4, Bazar Street, Hosur, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Krishnagiri District based on the complaint dated 29.10.2021 made by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based on the interim direction passed by this Court dated 15.12.2021, the 2nd respondent police have afforded protection to the petitioner, and the property of the petitioner has also been recovered from the 4th respondent and handed over to the petitioner. He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
