Crl.M.P.No.11210 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11875 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.11875 of dated 16.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11875 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 is relaxed in toto.
