The present Application has been filed to permit the petitioner to adduce the evidence of G.Sekar, Son of Govindan as PW2 in O.P.No.42 of 2023 on the file of this Hon'ble Court to identify the signatures of C.N.Annamalai Chettiar as attesting witness in the Will dated 04.06.1964.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3090 of 2025 in O.P.No.42 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
