ORDER

The prayer in the present Criminal Original Petition is innocuous. The petitioner is a defacto complainant in Crime No.181/2019 which is now pending as C.C.No.575 of 2019. The petitioner has already made copy applications of 1/4

the documents marked in Ex.D1 to D13. In view thereof, since the said matter is said to be posted for arguments, the petitioner has approached this court for emergent issue of copies.

2. In view of the nature of the submission made, the Trial Court viz., Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur shall expedite the compliance of the copy application made by the petitioner vide Copy Application No.72/2026, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order.

3. The Trial Court shall be sensitive and do not make the High Court to exercise the extraordinary power under Section 528 of BNSS Act or 482 of Cr.P.C., for these trivial matters. When the copy application is urgent, the concerned staff should deal with it empathetically and issue order copies.

4. With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
