This petition has been filed seeking to amend the words in amount to the O.P.No.780 of 2023 by substituting the total in words with "Rupees Twelve Lakhs Thirty One Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty only" instead of "Rupees Sixty Five Lakhs Eighty five Thousand and Six Hundred only".

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Original Petition in O.P.No.780 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 14.03.2024.
