ORDER
In the earlier order dated 06.03.2025 made in Cont.P.No.3740/2024, a closure has been given to the contempt by making the following observation: "2. Mr.Murali Vinodh, the learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that the respondents have deducted the dues to be paid by the petitioner from and out of the balance amount of Rs.5,58,308/- and now the amount payable to the petitioner after deduction would be Rs.79,709/- and that has also been paid.
3. The reduction as it appears from the statement of the respondents is towards the outstanding of the loan availed by the petitioner during his service. As the order has been substantially complied, the petitioner can raise any objection or challenge the same by initiating appropriate proceedings."
2. The learned counsel for the applicant now submitted that the order has not been complied and the respondents revert back to their original position by making unnecessary claims and deductions.
3. Since the order has not been complied as per the earlier observation, I feel it is appropriate to allow this application to restore the contempt Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Sub - Application is allowed and Cont.P.No.3740 of 2024 is restored.
