2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, inadvertently the term "Automatic Renewal Facility" is left out in para 7(b) of the Order dated 09.08.2023, which requires to be included.

3. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify 7(b) of the Order dated 09.08.2023 and the same shall stand modified as hereunder:- "[b] the petitioners without prejudice to their defence shall deposit a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- X 5=Rs.45,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Lakhs only), to the credit of the Crime No.208 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.7, Coimbatore. On such deposit, learned Magistrate is directed to use the amount under Section 357 of Cr.P.C for awarding compensation to the family members of the victim; Payment of this amount will not amount to admission of guilt of the petitioners. Learned Judicial Magistrate, No.7, Coimbatore, shall deposit this amount in interest bearing deposit scheme in a nationalised bank, with Automatic Renewal Facility and then disburse the amount to the legal heirs of the deceased at an appropriate time."

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the order dated 09.08.2023, this Court directs the Registry to correct the mistake in the order and issue fresh order copy by today.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is clarified. 11.08.2023 gd Note:Issue order copy by today (11.08.2023).
