(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The location of a Sub-Registrar Office cannot be a matter of public interest litigation. In any case, it is stated that in the absence of any interim orders, the Sub-Registrar office in the location already stands inaugurated after all permissions were obtained.

2. The writ petition stands dismissed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
