.. Respondents This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.S.Shanmuganandam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sivavarthanan, learned counsel for the first respondent are present.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. Counsel for the first respondent is present and he has taken note of the said endorsement.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.

Sd/- Judge Sd/- Sd/- Member Member This matter having been listed on Wednesday the Sixteenth day of March 2016 under the caption "for being mentioned "in pursuance of the order of this court dated 12.10.2015 and made herein in the presence of the respective counsels for the petitioner and respondents the court made the following order:- Though this writ petition not listed, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this case is taken up today i.e., on 16.03.2016 under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement on 12.10.2015 which reads as follows: "Not pressed since the prayer is not a ground to file with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition".

3. Mr.G.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has given no objection to modify the order as per the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
