.. Respondents This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.S.Shanmuganandam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sivavarthanan, learned counsel for the first respondent are present.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. Counsel for the first respondent is present and he has taken note of the said endorsement.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement on 12.10.2015 which reads as follows: "Not pressed since the prayer is not a ground to file with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition".
3. Mr.G.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has given no objection to modify the order as per the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
