ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case has been preferred as against the order dated 16.03.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, in Crl.M.P.No.8739 of 2021, thereby dismissed the petition to filed by the petition under Section 200 of Cr.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

The petitioner lodged complaint alleging that the respondent was driving his car with intention to dash against the petitioner on three occasions. On recording the sworn statement of the petitioner, the trial Court dismissed the complaint for the reason that there is no specific allegation as if the respondent attempted to do away the petitioner's life. Therefore, the trial Court rightly dismissed the complaint and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court.
