Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was already enlarged on bail by the lower court.

Hence, this petition becomes infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
