JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This Intra Court appeal has been filed, to set aside the order passed by the learned Single Judge in WMP No.21026/2022 in W.P.No.22000/2022, dated 25.08.2022.

Advocate appearing for the third respondent fairly submitted before this court that, this writ appeal has been filed as against the order passed in WMP No.21026/2022 in W.P.No.22000/2022, dated 25.08.2022. It is further submitted by them that the above writ petition was taken up for final disposal and now, the matter is reserved for passing final order. Therefore, no further adjudication is required to be passed in the present writ appeal.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
