O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider her representations dated 04.08.2023, 07.08.2023 and 22.04.2024 seeking restoration of 'Nilavial Padhai' and drinking water pipe line in the land comprised in S.Nos.22/5B, 22/4c, 24/1b and 22/6b situated in Balasamudhram Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. According to the petitioner, she has been using the pathway available in the above mentioned survey numbers and the pathway and drinking water pipeline laid thereon were encroached by third parties. Therefore, she submitted a representation dated 22.04.2024 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking restoration of pathway and drinking water pipeline by taking necessary action and the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3 till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/4

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 will be considered by the 3rd respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to all interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
