This miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to implead the proposed second respondent i.e. Kishan Lal as the second respondent in Crl.RC.No.489 of 2025 pending before this Court.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and perused, all the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the aforementioned criminal revision case.
