Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioners' representation dated 09.08.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered and Patta has been granted in favour of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.
