ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it appears that though the original notice was issued on the limited issue of room being constructed, there is a subsequent notice dated 21.8.2012. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, states that the building is in conformity with all the bylaws and the sanctioned plan and the only aspect really was RCC roof of small structure of 1.90 x 3.30 meter constructed on the own land of the petitioner, which is being used as security guard room. However, the subsequent notice seeks to suggest to the contrary.

2. We direct fresh inspection to be made of the property of the petitioner to verify what is the current situation and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case, any unauthorised construction is found, action in accordance with law will be taken, after notice to the petitioner. The inspection be carried out within fifteen days from today and the proceedings be concluded within a period of two months thereafter.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
