This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Salem, to conclude the hearing of the trial pending in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2018, in C.C.No.97 of 2017, as early as possible.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Salem, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.97 of 2017 in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
