This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.170 of 2024 from the third respondent-Police to any other investigating agency and conduct fresh enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted based on the petitioner's complaint , the respondent-Police registered a complaint in F.I.R No.170 of 2024 and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi vide e-filing No.C202500275 on 12.06.2025.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further submitted that the accused in Crime No.170 of 2024 has also given complaint as against the petitioner herein before the third respondent -Police and the same was registered in Crime No.171 of 2024. After completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Thiruvannamalai vide e-filing No.C20250020 on 03.02.2025. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the Court concerned in the manner known to law.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal original Petition is disposed of.
