ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. The writ petition is filed praying for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 01.03.2025, which was received on 03.03.2025.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is the absolute owner of the land comprised in Old Survey No.148 and New Survey No.177/12 and 177/13, measuring extent of 5 cents, situate at Poruvallur, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District. While so, petitioner has submitted representation to the respondents to issue Patta in her name. However, the third respondent has wrongly issued the Patta in the name of Mr.Raji Asarai, for the New Survey No.177/12, old Survey No.148 and in the name of Mrs.Panchavarnam, for the New Survey No.177/13, old Survey No.148. Aggrieved by which, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 01.03.2025 and has also submitted representation to
the first respondent dated 20.05.2025. However, the same were not considered till date. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court seeking for a mandamus.
At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents that the petitioner's above said appeal/representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the abovesaid appeal / representation made by the petitioner, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as Mr.Raji Asari and Mrs.Panchavarnam, who were supposed to be neighbours and other interested parties/rival claimants, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy of the order without waiting for receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the
