ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to the 5th to 7th respondents is dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Ni.Mu.D.2/53633/2024 dated 15.03.2024 and to quash the same and to consequently direct the second respondent to confirm the order passed by the third 2/5

and fourth respondent in their proceedings order (i) Moo.Mu.A5/1583/2023 dated 18.07.2023 (ii) Na.Ka.P2/4858/2022 dated 12.12.2022.

3. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the competent civil Court or any other forum to redress his grievance if any in the manner known to law.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner has to approach the civil Court for the appropriate relief.

5. In view thereof, this writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. All rights and contentions are left open. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 04.08.2025 Speaking (or) Non Speaking Order arb To 3/5
