The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to he appeal for the order of acquittal in C.A.No.68 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018 by the I Additional District Judge, Salem against the S.T.C.No.201 of 2012 dated 09.04.2018 by the Judicial Magistrate Court II, Salem.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
