Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sankar For Respondents : Mr.A.N.Thambidurai for R1 to R4 Special Government Pleader

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.According to the petitioner, the property admeasuring to an extent of 0.58 cents in S.No.356/2B1 situated at Salivaram Taraff, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District was owned by his grandfather and after his demise, his three children which include the petitioner's father had succeeded to the Estate and all of them are entitled to equal share in the said property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that, the husband of the fifth respondent, taking advantage of his occupation as V.A.O. Assistant of the said village has surreptitiously, included his wife's name in the patta and the petitioner in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 15.07.2016, to the respondents and though it was received and acknowledged no orders have been passed and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2016, in accordance with law and after putting on notice, the fifth respondent, shall pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
