[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Mr.A.Arasu Sanga Tamil, learned counsel on record for sole petitioner and Mr.V.Christdas, learned counsel representing the lone respondent are before us.

2.Both learned counsel submit that the alleged violation of order dated 29.10.2018 in O.P.No.3817 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai has now been given quietus and nothing survives in the captioned contempt petition. Both sides request for giving a closure and quietus to the captioned contempt petition.

3.Learned counsel for petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/4

4.The aforementioned endorsement is reiterated in the hearing. Though obvious it is made clear that the respondent will stand purged of the alleged contempt and it has become necessary to say this as rule of contempt was issued.
