Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 6 to 8 in the land of the highway department and consequently remove the obstruction from the road leading to petitioner property with thorns in Survey No 309 / 1B2A1 to the 0.12.22 Acres 0.30 cent Mulluvadi village, Kalavai X Road Post, Arcot Taluk, Ranipet District based on petitioner representation dated 26.3.2023.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that survey would be conducted within a period of two months and if upon survey, encroachment is noticed, then steps would be taken to remove the encroachment in accordance with law.
