(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, the only direction that could be passed is the representation dated 02.09.2013 to be disposed of by respondent No.1 within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of this order, after notice to all concerned. We make it clear this is really within the administrative domain and the Court is not required to go into the issue as to whether some guidance should or should not be there and thus, no further public interest litigation on this issue would be permitted.
