Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.No.902475/2023/C4 dated 23.06.2024 quash the same in so far as the petitioner's part of maintenance amount of Rs.8,500/- payable to the fourth respondent.

ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also has made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn on condition that the petitioner shall comply the order passed by the first respondent without fail.
