ORDER

This Sub Application has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition, namely Contempt Petition No.707 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025.

This Court in its order dated 01.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.14397 of 2024, which was the subject matter of Cont.P.No.707 of 2025, directed the respondent's to restore the petitioner's scale of pay and disburse all terminal and pensionary benefits to the petitioner. Now, it is submitted that the said order was complied and to that effect, Na.Ka.No.035416/A3/C1/2024 dated 19.08.2025.
