ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The short prayer of the petitioner is a direction to the Chief Investigating Officer / Inspector of Police, National Investigation Agency, who has, by name, been arrayed as R4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2026.

2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, who appears for the petitioner states that various grievances have been set out in the petition including, alleged harassment by the authorities.

3. Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General, has no instructions as to whether the representation has even been received as what has been placed in the paper book is only the acknowledgment of dispatch of the same.

4. In such circumstances, and assuming that the representation has indeed

been received by the authorities, since it would involve assimilation and marshalling of various facts with which the Court will not concern itself in a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, let the authority to whom it is addressed, consider the same and dispose it in accordance with law.

5. This criminal original petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
