Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2018 and 17.06.2019 and issue patta for the property bearing Plot No.132, in Sivaprakasam Nagar, Puluthivakkam village, Madipakkam Madura, Shozhinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Paimash No.757, New Survey No.56/8, and old Patta No.574 of an extent of 2400 sq.ft. in the petitioner's name.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2018 for issuance of patta.

2. A perusal of the record, it could be seen that the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2018 has been considered by the Assistant Settlement Officer, the third respondent herein, and it has been rejected by an order dated 22.10.2018. Thus, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and order has been passed.

3. In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed. No costs.
