The writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2025. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Physical Education Teacher in the year 2024 and on the date of joining, her age is 57 years and only a few years of service is

However, the Director of School Education Department had stated that the posting orders were issued as per the list given by the Teacher's Recruitment Board. Therefore, they cannot issue any transfer order. However, the petitioner has given representation to the President/Secretary, Teachers Recruitment Board dated 28.03.2025 and the same is yet to be considered. It is further submitted that there are many vacancies in Coimbatore and Tirupur District and apart from that many juniors to the petitioners were accommodated in the above Districts.
At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered within a reasonable time.
