ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2972 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1651 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2972 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1651 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30
am., until further orders is relaxed.
