This petition has been filed to bring on record the fourth proposed respondent herein who is the legal representative of the deceased first respondent and rank as the fourth respondent in the above civil revision petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 have no objection to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

The Registry is directed to amend the cause title in the above CRP.
