This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the proceedings dated 24.01.2023 in Na.Ka.En.126/Nir.Se.Nadu/Kaa.Thu.Aa/(South)Ko.Ma/2023 in D4, Kuniyamuthur Police Station on the Executive Magistrate Cum Deputy Commissioner of Police.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
