Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the transfer order dated 01.08.2023 the petitioner joined as Professor at the Bharathiyar University Post Graduate Extension & Research Centre, Palanisamy College of Arts Campus, Erode Road Perundurai and subsequently he was re-transferred to the Department of Environmental Sciences, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and working there as on date.
2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.01.2025 kkd Page No.2 of 4
