Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to provide the petitioner with a certified copy of the Order-in-Original No.69469 of 2019 dated 13.06.2019 said to have been passed by the first respondent herein, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2021, so as to enable the petitioner to take further legal recourse, as against the said order, in a manner known to law and for a consequent direction to refrain the second respondent from initiating any revenue recovery proceedings, till the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2021 is disposed in a manner known to law.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the remedy sought for in this writ petition has worked out and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as the respondents have served a copy of Order-inOriginal No.69469 of 2019 dated 13.06.2019 on 17.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. The petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate authority within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to the petitioner by filing appropriate application for condonation of delay in terms of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. No costs.
