O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 09.05.2024 and 15.07.2024 seeking survey and demarcate of his land comprised in Survey No.372/2A situated in Konagarayapalaiyam Village, Kallakurichi District, within the time fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his guardian namely Akila submitted an application on 09.05.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land belonged to her and the same has not been considered by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 09.05.2024 will be considered by the respondent within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 09.05.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
