Despite service of notice and name printed in the cause list, no representation for R2. Learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 to 6 absent. Hence, they have got no objection to order this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
