This Application has been filed to extend the time for passing an Award by the learned Sole Arbitrator Mrs.R.Rathna Thara, Advocate in ACP No.6 of 2022 by another six months.

2. Mr.S.Sathiaseelan, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents and submitted that he has no serious objections in extending the time for passing the Award.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied with the same and considering the fact that the learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this Petition, time is extended for a furtherperiod of six (6) months from today.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for.
